"Very happy with our experience at this property. Staff was exceptional and demonstrated unusual commitment to customer care and satisfaction at a level I have not encountered anywhere else. I travel very regularly and have stayed in many hotels around the world, including true 5 star properties, and none have demonstrated the guest satisfaction that I found here. Just after check in I received a text asking if everything was ok in our room from the front desk person who checked me in. The next morning I received another text asking how our first night went and if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. What a great personal touch that made me feel like they really care about my experience. The rooms are sized well and designed well with plenty of storage space that allows for keeping your things organized. The closet area operates as a walk in closet right inside the door area so our things can be stored out of sight. There are cubbies and shelves in the bathroom to organize toiletries. The property is very clean and well maintained. The gym is modern, clean and functional. I will definitely return to this hotel when I'm in the area. "

"Amazing room, wonderful staff, nice restaurants, very clean, free and valet parking, downtown area good for walking. rooms have comfy beds, wi-fi, cable tv, clean bathroom, coffee and tea and more. very friendly staff, always willing to help."

"A good place to stay if you are passing through. Comfortable, quiet and easy access to restaurants and gas stations. Breakfast is the basic bagels, boiled eggs and cereals. The pool was very refreshing and clean after driving for hours. Also dog friendly!"

"The room was not well cleaned and some of the staff were really rude. It was late and I didn't want to move rooms so I just wiped the bathroom floor with a towel cause it looked bad and it was really dirty. Then, a few long dark hairs in the bed. Plus the elevator was out, and apparently had been for weeks, and it didn't seem far at all to staff to have them carrying people's luggage up to the third floor. "
