"The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The carpets were ancient, gross and badly stained. The bathroom was large enough to be ADA compliant, but it had not been cleaned. The toilet seat was dirty. The caulk/concrete around the floor drain was broken into pieces and the bathroom in general needed repairs. The mini fridge had leaked water, so the carpet was wet long enough that the whole room smelled like mildew, even mold. THEY gave us a towel to put on the carpet so our feet wouldn't get wet. The A/C unit was functioning well, but it was about as loud as a gas-powered lawn mower. Neither of us slept very well. The windows don't open, so there is no way to air-out the smells other than to keep the door open. As you enter the hotel it has a very nice entry with a library of books and comfortable seating. They offer free breakfast and WIFI. Check out time is a generous 12:00 PM, and we left as quickly as we could, and will NOT return. We recommend that you seek other accommodations!"

"Terrible front desk staff. Laundry facilities don’t work. When you tell them it’s hard for you to take stairs, they make sure you have to take the most stairs to get to your room. Pack light! Those stairs are no joke, especially with liggage"

"Safe and clean. Beds not the most comfy but we stayed recently at the red roof nearby and this place was much much better comfort wise. Loved that there was a dunkin right beside it. "

"My bathroom light fixture detached from the ceiling due to water damage. Breakfast was lack luster, not bad but not good. The facilities seemed very dated and they need maintenance or a remodel. "

"I needed a last-minute quick overnight on my road trip up to Delaware. This hotel hit the spot. Clean rooms, not much commotion at night, and a nice breakfast setup in the morning. A nice overall stay."
