"Whenever I’ve stayed in Palm Desert it’s been at a resort. I didn’t realize there was a town center with lots of restaurants and (too fancy for me) shops. It’s a small, nice hotel with that good, fresh hotel smell that puts me at ease right away. I prefer Palm Springs to Palm Desert but this is definitely now in the mix for future trips."

"We were surprised by how spacious our room Was. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was much better than your usual hotel fare and complimentary free cocktail hour was a nice touch. Very convenient to Indian Wells. Hope to stay there next year "

"We had a wonderful time here at the Hyatt. It was a "sisters" trip and we wanted a nice pool with poolside service. We rented a cabana and it was lovely. The hotel was the perfect getaway for us...we just kicked back and enjoyed our time together. Agua Caliente Casino is nearby and we went there for a couple hours. We enjoyed the lazy river and there were a ton of youngsters having a blast going down the water slides. Hyatt always has such beautiful hotels and we are never disappointed. ...

"The staff at check-in was so welcoming,the room was neat and clean the location was superb.The pool and jacuzzi were just outside our door and the parking space was so close by and convenient,our room had a full fridge,hot plate and a microwave..We loved the palm trees this little GEM is one to keep for future Palm Springs get aways.THANK YOU VERY MUCH"
