"The entire staff was very courteous and accommodating. The hotel is part of downtown L.A. history. The bar area and my room had character. The half windows in the rooftop pool and restaurant allowed the most spectacular view of the city at night. I would definitely stay there again."

"Nice clean large room, but was hoping for firmer pillows. Great gym. Love the $15 daily credit which we used towards the delicious clam chowder. Also love the free truffle fries as a Bonvoy Gold Elite member. Valet service is pricey but convenient. Love that the property is connected to a shopping center with a great yakitori restaurant (Hatch). We’ll be back."

"The hotel is quiet, clean, and in a great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. The RI lounge is surprisingly good. Stay there if you’re doing anything at or near LA Live or Crypto Arena."

"The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was a decent size and the location was in a great spot. We used the valet parking services through the hotel instead of parking across the street in the car lot. The price was a little bit more but knowing the car was safe and not having to worry about where to park was great! They have a restaurant and bar located near the lobby of the hotel. It was a bit pricey but the portions were big."
