"This hotel was in a perfect location. It has all of the major attractions close by and it's across the street from the river. The restaurant is one of the best lobby restaurants in the city. The room was very clean, views of downtown from room were excellent. The entire vibe was positive and hip. Loved the property and recommend it highly."

"This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are great, mine had two queens (party of three). As in inside facing room it was super quiet, which was very important. Everything is plush. Staff is great. FWIW, and this didn’t matter to me, as it’s in the financial district, there isn’t the same nightlife and dining choices, as it’s more of a work destination area. The Willis (FKA Sears Tower) is two blocks away. It’s only a 25 minute bus ride to 900 North. Millennium Park is a short walk directly east....

"The only place we will stay when visiting Chicago. Perfectly clean and spacious suite room with excellent amenities. Food portions are generous and well served. Jacqueline checked us in for this stay and our last one and she is the best front desk staff you’ll ever find! The security staff wearing Trump jackets made us feel good and safe when walking the dog after dark. Friendly valet and bellhops. It doesn’t get better than this. "
