"The rooms were remodeled, clean and very nice. The only thing I did not like is there was not enough water pressure in the shower and it took a long time for the water to get hot staff was very friendly. All the amenities were great. The restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating. We stay there every year and I will definitely be back."

"Very clean hotel. Its a bit weird they have many men just hanging out on the sidewalk and by the lobby though. Hey management, as travelers coming to a new place, even as a man, i dont want to see random men just hanging outside of the hotel. I can only imagine how a woman would feel. Very clean and very nice staff though. Close to many restaurants and stores. "

"Absolutely phenomenal "feel" to the property. Lobby, common areas, rooms all have charm. Friendly and rapidly helpful staff. Perfect location for Barrio Antiguo, Santa Lucia, rest of Centro. Clean. Comfortable. However, internet speed quite sporadic and toilet paper holder awkward (obviously a very minor quibble). Nevertheless, beyond impressive."

The place is simple, nothing too fancy but still very convenient!! Locating was awesome to the west part of beautiful Monterrey !! The mattress was nice and comfortable!! "This place has great service! All of their staff were friendly. The amenities helped us a lot as we extended our stay. Being able to take the shuttle they offer, washing clothes, breakfast was good, and a/c / heater helped. Would recommend this place to others!"

"Nice rooms very comfortable beds I love everything about them! The staff at this hotel was amazing they always there to help us out and took time to explain everything to us. They have everything real clean and smelling great! I will make this hotel our first choice for us when traveling to Monterey NL Mexico they have amazing restaurants and sights to see by the pool and the restaurant. Location was at a perfect spot walking distance to town and food. I will tell all my friends and family about...
