"This family owned business provides service to meet your needs. Alex accommodated an early check in for us. Furthermore, he provided everything we asked in the room like hot water and tea. He also let us borrow a towel for the hot springs as an example. They stored our luggage until the evening as our train didn’t leave until 7pm. "Room was spotless. It seems like a family business. The receptionist helped us A LOT! We couldn't find the hotel, and she met us someplace in town. She also helped up get bus tickets for the next morning. The ticket office was closing and she got them to stay open for an extra few minutes. So we didn't have to worry about getting up early to buy the tickets. Also she agreed to take a credit card so we could keep some of our cash.
