"The Mamasara staff was amazing and attentive. Unfortunately the area across the street is a little run down. Although breakfast is included, there is no option to eat lunch or dinner in the hotel. However, there are plenty of places to eat within a 5-10 minute short walk down hill. My friend who stayed with me had severe altitude sickness and I had to attend a dinner with a hiking team. "This is a small but very comfortable hotel. Opposite the San Pedro market and a very short walk to the main areas of the Historic district especially the Plaza de Armas. The room was very clean and quiet. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. There is a great view around the city from then rooftop where there are a few tables and chairs."

"I stayed here for 5 nights. The location is very convenient to the main square. Only a block away. Breakfast is served buffet-style with a variety of selections. The room is not big, but it is adequate. The room is equipped with a heater, which is a very important feature.
