O hotel é simples, e é um pouco distante da Plaza de ARmas, mas dá para ir andando numa boa. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Num dos dias eu cheguei muito cansada de um passeio e a Rosário fez um chá e levou no meu quarto.

Pour le prix, très bonne situation

Très bien situé à quelques pas de la place d'arme de Cuzco. Nous y avons réservé 2 chambres, une très correct et l'autre très petite avec un lit double, tapis dans la chambre pas très propre, douche pas propre, j'ai été déçu comparé à ce que j'ai eu à d'autres endroits au Pérou. Par contre petit déjeuner très bien le matin. Il n'y a pas d'endroit sécuritaire pour stationner notre voiture mais avons trouvé un garage à quelques pas. Pas toujours d'eau chaude pour la douche.

Nos trataron muy bien. Nunca tuvimos problema alguno. Muchos se quejan del agua caliente. Nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema con eso. La ubicación es muy buena a tres cuadras de la plaza de armas. Cuidaron nuestro equipaje miebtras estuvimos en Machupichu. El desayuno cumplía con lo prometido. Sencillo pero efectivo. Recomiendo mucho este hotel.

O Hotel fica relativamente próximo à região turística (cerca de 10 minutos de caminhada da praça das armas). Porém, fica em uma rua muito movimentada e comercial. Por outro lado, fica próximo ao mercado de artesanato. O café da manhã tinha 1 tipo suco, 1 de iogurte, uma fruta, 1 tipo de pão, café, chá e ovo, se pedir. Achei fraco pelo valor. Hostéis no Brasil na faixa de 200,00, que foi o que pagamaos, o café é muito farto e mais confortável. Os atendentes são atenciosos, conseguiram um taxi pra gente no dia em que estava havendo uma manifestação contra a privatização de Machu Picchu por 15 soles até o aeroporto.

Cuidado con lo que publican...no siempre es verdad

El hotel publicó que dispone de jacuzzi y gimasio; lo cual es totalmente falso, esos eran nuestros requerimientos más importantes para seleccionarlo. No ofrecieron darnos un descuento por una noche y que busquemos otro hotel con esos servicios. Es decir debíamos interrumpir nuestro programa turístico al menos el segundo día para conseguir otro hotel!!!....absurdo!!

A nice comfortable stay. Very reasonable and convenient for the price. Somehow we were given a room with a loft so very spacious suite for the two of us with a living room downstairs and bedrm upstairs. Could have accommodated 4. Convenient location, short taxi ride up the hill to the railway station (20 min) and walkable (30 min) to the town square but easier by taxi.

Pequeño y acogedor Hotel

Esta ubicado a 4 bloques de la plaza de armas, las camas son confortables y tienen muy buena lenceria. Siempre toco pedir que colocaran el agua caliente en las mañanas y e 5 minutos se tenia. Deben procurar que cuando arreglen la habitacion pongan toallas nuevas pues en 2 ocaciones llegamos y no las habia y nos toco pedirlas.El personal es super amable y hay 2 muy buenos restaurantes de comida China bajando la calle.

Totally not whorth the price

Where to start? you can't trust the hot water (and based on other reviews it's a permanent problem). sometimes it's enough for one and a half showers and sometimes barely enough hot water for 1 shower. some days the stream of hot water was very poor. half of what whey say they have they don't have (no elevator, no magnetic keys, no espresso maker or dryer, I have no idea where is the spa, I didn't saw a parking lot). they also suffer from lack of service. in the breakfast the bread wasn't fresh and the eggs were cold. it wasn't obvious that we need shampoo and toilet paper every day and we had to ask for them. In addition, it's not that close to the center of the city and you have to walk 5-10 minutes to get to Plaza de Armes. The good things were that the room wasn't small and the staff were nice. they great us with coca tea to the room when we checked in and we also had no problem leaving our suitcases there for 2 days. for the price, I'm sure you can find better hotels.
