"Booked this hotel last minute as a girls overnight trip for my daughter who was turning 16. When the front desk staff found out it was her birthday they upgraded our room to one with a better view and gave her cookies and chocolate. The front desk staff were very sweet and personable. The room was great, clean, and I had no complaints. We spent a lot of the evening at Powells book store which is a quick walk and got burgers for dinner at mcmenamins.
