"Obviously not on the beach, but short drive. One could bike or walk over if you're inclined, but not if you're towing kids or lots of stuff. Hampton is reliably good. Really like the pool setup, with shaded seating option and a bar."

"Our stay was awesome. The location was great! The inn was clean and well maintained. Loved the back of the inn where you could sit and relax with coffee or alcoholic drinks outside as well inside. It was cool that every table had a fire pit where you could even roast marshmallows for s’mores. The staff was exceptional! Can’t say enough about this establishment!!"

"This is a fantastic hotel! It's conveniently located, immaculately clean, and surrounded by places to eat. It was right between the two places we went to multiple times - downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. The staff is lovely, particularly the women in charge of breakfast! Speaking of breakfast, the food was great, and the coffee was among the best hotel coffees I've enjoyed. "

All of the lighting options, plug in options were a real plus. Wonderful bathroom mirror! Breakfast attendant was the best. Had a big job, handled it all plus kept up w keeping her area spotless.
