"We had a wonderful stay at M Hotel Da Nang and would highly recommend it. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything felt fresh and cared for, which made it very easy to relax after long days exploring. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff, who were outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Hoa, who went above and beyond even before our trip began. She helped us with far more than just our hotel stay — assisting with transportation arrangements, booking activities, and recommending fantastic local restaurants. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made planning our trip so much easier and stress-free. Because of the excellent service and hospitality, our stay felt seamless and enjoyable from beginning to end. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend M Hotel Da Nang to anyone visiting the area."

"The breakfast was excellent, coffee was really nice , I lived the room clean , spacious and bed very comfortable , the only reason I did not give 5 stars is the toilet has no privacy from the bed so if your alone that's no problem , but if you are a couple or have company not so private."

"Thanh, Trinh and the other staff were lovely and super attentive and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was great value and varied for all tastes. The top deck pool provided an easy alternative when we didn’t feel like walking across the road to the beach. Would highly recommend."
