"Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and don’t have a single bad word to say. From the initial moment we stepped in to when we left we had an excellent stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and very precessional. They helped when we had little questions and needed some help with storing luggage/ an extra sheet etc. and were very efficient in doing so. The check in and out was effortless and perfect fully managed. The linen was clean and fresh and this property is a 10 min walk from a bus stop and a 20 min walk from the train station. There is ample parking on site also. Really recommend and would stay again if in Amsterdam! Thank you all for a lovely stay. "

"Wifi was horrible If you need to work or stream you will need to go somewhere else Complained to front desk Was told we know Completely unacceptable!"

"We arrived waited 15 min before we could check was no one on the front desk tried to use the bel no response The room had no heating we came from 35 Celsius to 10 Celsius the room was 14 Celsius the beds are not great"

"The hotel is very modern i was on 16th floor which was no prob at all.i was welcomed by friendly helpful reception actually the young lady was superb .the breakfast is different but actually it works and once again the i guess managress was wonderful . My room was clean bdd comfy shower great .my only downside the television not great but everything else thankyou fantastic"

"It doesn’t feel like a hotel at all, rather it’s like an electronically controlled den, very small room and you feel isolated. Will not stay there again. It feels cold. "
