Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. "This place is brand new, maybe one or two check ins before us. We are about to check out with our 3 kids, 10,11,12. They loved it🤗 About 5-7 mins walk to the Koenji Station, a couple 24/7 convenient stores a block away. One of the Best and very quick to respond hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Very very clean with extra towels and brand new washing machine. Highly recommend it!"

"From the picture, i see there is a sofa, but for unknown reason (maybe because expedia mistakenly send there will be 2 renter?) , that they transform the sofa into a bed, which make me difficult to sit and works with table. But in general it is a good place, near to the metro station, near to a convenience store, just 20 minutes can arrive shibuya, got washing machine, place to dry clothes. So prettu recommend it"

"A great place and rare roomy in a city like Tokyo, only thing is you might need to walk a bit everyday if you need to ride subways on daily basis, they do have shuttle services every 30min. But sometimes you would rather walk instead of waiting. However, that isn’t much of a problem. Staff are always nice and courteous, helpful. Clean room, amazing view to see Mount Fuji from far, when sky clear in the morning, it is beautiful! "

"Public (Sento style) bath in the hotel (very cool) here also is a restaurant at the ground floor. Pretty popular location despite being 2 subway stops from Shinjuku."

"The unit is so convenient 4-minutes walk to Sangen Chaya station which is close to major Tokyo areas. It is very clean and comfortable room with quiet area yet so close to stores and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay."

"Himalaya Cloud resort was our perfect first stay for visiting Tokyo. The staff were so kind and helpful and it’s a short walk to Hatagaya station and a 5 minute train ride to either Shinjuku or Shibuya. The rooms where very clean and comfortable and everyone was so nice."

"I've given a 5 star because it's a very quiet suburban feeling location. The room is small but we'll appointed. Close to restaurants, groceries, trains and walking distance to many main attractions. I one caveat I would put on the property is the stairs are steep, be aware. Also the pin on the Expedia map is in the wrong place."
