"Easy to find, plenty of areas to park. Room allocated was large and bright, no lifts so be prepared to carry your bags up 2 flights of stairs. Staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was patchy in areas especially restaurant where it was non-existent. Breakfast was lovely, evening meal was nothing special. Clearer, up to date information would be useful both for hotel and spa."

The room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and remarkably spacious, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. The amenities provided, such as the air conditioning and high-speed WiFi, were both efficient and reliable, adding to our overall satisfaction. The check-in process was seamless, handled expertly by the attentive and friendly staff. Their professionalism and warm demeanor contributed significantly to our positive experience. We were so impressed that we are already contemplating another visit—my wife is actively seeking an excuse to return. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to others."

"Room is comfortable but very hot. No AC available and hot days can be very difficult to sleep. Positives: hotel breakfast improved from previous visits and staff are very happy to help. Location is the strong strength, in the heart of Peterborough. Car park is also a great advantage."

"Staff were amazing, room was great and overall stay was good. Only downfall i had was the room was way to hot. The little fan provided was just blowing hot air around. Air conditioning would be a good investment especially during summer. I would have booked another night but the room temperature has put me off booking again."
