"The buffet breakfast and dinners included with the room rate were excellent. Location was near the boat dock and the Ainu light show. Beautiful views of lake."
"NEverything about the hotel is superb from room to buffet food offered, the Onsen pools and self service laundry facilities. They also have professional violin entertainment in the evenings.
While the hospitality is unique with ladies in kimono bowing & greeting upon arrival & departure, the only odd thing, is no luggage assistance at all and we wonder how the elderly are able to cope. "
