The staff here were extremely helpful, providing us with a room to relax in while our rooms we're being prepared. We had taken the sleeper train from Hanoi so we arrived early. Most things we're walkable and area had many restaurants and shops.
This is most definitely a 5 star hotel stay!! The staff is incredible they go above and beyond on every level. From front desk reception restaurant service and housekeeping! Honestly I have been all over Europe France Spain and Italy Portugal New Zealand Australia and have stayed at many so called 5 star hotels and have never experienced the level of care and hospitality that I was given at this 10 star hotel.

Tons of lodging options in Sapa, but this is a great choice for the savvy traveler. Close to the action (the lake is just steps away) but on a quiet side street, conveniently located between the town center and the always-interesting Sapa Market. The morning breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty offerings, and the folks at the front desk went above and beyond to help with logistics, recommendations, tours, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
Property just outside of the city center (10 min walk) rooms were clean and updated. I only stayed 1 night in Sa Pa but when I come back to stay, it would definitely be this place ahain. My view from room (809) was AMAZING.
Excellent hotel. lived up to the picture's expectations. I Stayed in the PREMIER room, which had a breathtaking view of the landscape. The staff was phenomenal and friendly. They surprised me with a birthday cake on my birthday, which was nice. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Breakfast was also spectacular and endless.
The property is beautiful. It’s quiet and has beautiful views of the rice crops and also to the funicular of Fansipan. The rooms are beautiful and really comfy. The hotel is really close to the station which is the building with the clock there you can get the funicular that will take you to Sunworld Fansipan. Walking distance is like 11 minutes and like 13 to the town of Sapa. The only cons is that there is a construction in the block so if it’s raining you will get your shoes with mud, but...
The manager, Kim, was super helpful! He made arrangements for us, let us check-in very early, and even offered for us to shower and have a room for a couple of hours on our way back through town (without a booked stay). Great breakfast also. Highly recommend.
Internet was maintainable though trying to use the Tv streaming the movie selection's that were available was difficult due to spotty internet..it works for all items I carry on business trips such as Phones and Laptops..Other than that this place was 😍 the room was big the restroom was big definitely made us feel special the staff was awesome too
Lovely place. We were in a bungalow, a small living room downstairs overlooking trees and part of the town, mountains behind…even better view from the bedroom above. Large bed, asked and got extra pillows. Good shower. Safe in the room and hairdryer. The staff are amazing. We arrived at 7am from the overnight Vicsapa Train from Hanoi. I attempted to call to get ice delivered to my door, but the female receptionist said “You will need to come down here and get it”. For that reason I did not spend any money at the restaurant or room service there. I think they need to be further trained.
The staff went out of their way to switch our room so we could check in early after arriving on an overnight train. Throughout our stay the staff were continually helpful and welcoming. The location is an easy walk to everything in town. Highly recommended.
