She has the perfect demeanor and attention to detail which made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She was able to answer any questions we had about the area and seemed as though she worked 7 days a week! Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy.
