"The room was clean including the beddings although the building is certainly early Victorian, the room itself has a wooden floor and fully tiled ensuite, details such as difficulty in open and locking main room door have been looked over. Overall fair deal nevertheless."

Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy.
