"A very comfortable room, well decorated and in a convenient location in Irvine. A short watch to the local retail park and some lovely restaurants within 5 minutes walk. I didn't see the owner, as everything is done remotely and worked fine for me. I used the guest house for a suitable base to tour along the Ayrshire coast."

"Stayed here many times. Staff from checking in to leaving are all very courteous & friendly. Room perfect (204) on first floor, though I do prefer ground floor room. Dinner was lovely, great menu and food delicious. Bar prices very reasonable for a hotel. Hotel was very busy probably full but everything still seemed perfect for all staff being rushed off their feet. "We had to leave early to catch our flight, so we missed breakfast. A traditional pub/hotel. Our rooms were above the pub, but we were provided earplugs for Friday and Saturday nights. Food was terrific. Rooms were small, but expected for the price and quality, cozy atmosphere. "
