"Loved this place. Everything I wanted in a quick stay. Clean, comfortable(mattress was firm), close to everything. I need local access to buy good groceries, pizza, bar essentials for coffee and pastries. Everything I needed was there. Probably what I loved about the place, is the cleanliness. I saw the cleaning lady, she seemed to enjoy her job and work for the nice owner, which is why I believe she keeps the place tip top clean. Clean that I enjoyed walking barefoot, which most never happens....

"This was a great hotel for our 3 day stay in Rome. Everything from the room to staff to breakfast was awesome. The hotel itself is in a nice location, close to all sightseeing activities. I loved the garden area, we hung out on the swing several times during out stay. Will definitely come back "

"Our stay at Fabio Dei Velapapazza was really nice, the house is located nearby vatican city ideal for a good hike through Rome. All staff had been super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and we even got a freshly made omelet and fresh cappuccino. The room was clean and modern."

"The hosts were very helpful and kind! We were pleasantly surprised that the pictures online represented the room perfectly. It was clean, comfortable and had nice cold a/c which is important in the summer months. The train station was 15 mins away and only 20-35 minute walk to the Vatican, and other landmarks in Rome. It was budget friendly and I highly recommend for your stay in Tome!"

"Really nice large clean room. Excellent location to the Vatican (10 min walk) and easy access to Metro. Secure, quiet building. Excellent commutation with the host. Only complaint is really hard beds and pillows but we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend."

"We chose this location for its good reviews of price, room size and location close to public transportation for one week stay. There was a former breakfast room that provided self serve coffee and continental breakfast. There was daily room service. We were happy with everything except the check in process which was somewhat challenging. And the wifi which was essentially only available in hallways and common breakfast room because of the large buildings walls. "

"We stayed here for five nights and enjoyed our stay. We primarily came for the European Athletics Championships at the Stadio Olimpico and it took us about a 25 minute walk although there are lots of buses from here too and to the city centre. So good transport nearby. The accommodation was traditional and elegant. The breakfast was adequate but basic but hot drinks available self service in the breakfast room. The rooms are double glazed and have air conditioning so not noisy as our fellow...
