Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients. "We had a lovely stay at Hotel Italia. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and we had what we needed in our room. The pool was great and clean, and felt very private which was nice. We can definitely recommend this cozy hotel when going to Nessebar. "

That working in the reception.The hotel is near the center. 10 minute walking from the beach. The food was very good. I want to say that we order transformation from the airport to the hotel.
