"It was only a five-minute walk for Delft railway station, which was important to me as I was on an Interrail trip around mainland Europe. There were also trams nearby. The hotel was in a very nice area Delft is really quite lovely. There was no shortage of restaurants and bars very close by. It was slightly confusing that the registration for La Noire hotel is at the hotel next door, but not an issue. I was pleased that the bedroom had a fridge - I consider that quite important to keep drinks...

"This was a last minute family booking and what a great choice! Decoration was a bit quirky but the kids loved it and the hidden bunk beds made it fun for them. Breakfast in Gaia was excellent, nice and fresh. The chef remembered the kids on day 2 and came over with a little pot of chocolate for their pancakes, which was so nice. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. I’d come back if ever in Delft as perfectly located for the city."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grand Canal! The Junior Suite offers a beautiful view of the canal and old church, and the hotel is in a great spot, both near the train station and the main square."

Very modern, everything we needed and more, comfy and huge bed, lovely bathroom, staff were very friendly, it was very quiet and nice and clean.
