"The overall stay was very good. The J5 team was very accommodating and made the experience extremely good. The only downside was that the AC in the main hall was not working properly and it got quite hot. Besides that all was very good and extremely clean. Highly recommend this place"

"I enjoyed the stay, the room was amazing and the view of the creek was beautiful. The original room that I booked had a strange knocking sounds on multiple areas of the roof but as I explained this to the staff, they kindly offered an amazing alternative which was a huge upgrade at no further cost, now that is a true problem solving+ retain customer's satisfaction and loyalty. "De buurt waar de hotel staat is zeer verwaarloosd en de hotel zelf is verouderd. Het ontbijt is zeer eentonig en er is weinig keus. Er werd in het hotel door andere gerookt en gekookt waardoor de geur van eten en rook bij ons in de kamer terecht kwam. Het was er heel smerig."
