"The hotel is in one of the best locations in the city, near the main Yin Hsi East Gate Square. You can easily reach several shopping centers, restaurants, and fast-food places within a ten-minute walk. The neighborhood is safe, and you can enjoy the beautiful water channel nearby. There were a few minor issues, but nothing significant worth mentioning here. I’ve already shared them with the landlord."

"It is a very nice hotel and the boss and the front desk person are friendly and ready to help. The room is spaceful and clean, and the bed is firm for a good spleep. The breadkfast is nice. There are wahser and dryer on the 9th floor for every one to use free of chanrge. Though the surrounding and street is crowded with fast moving vihecles, it is safe if you carefule and pay attention to the trafics. "I am a solo traveler, my room was small, very basic, nothing to it. Good enough. The bathroom may have a little 'old' smell to it. Breakfast is near vegetarian style, but I enjoyed it. It is nice to have Free laundry, although no dryer, but has a spinner for hand washed clothing. The staff were very friendly. "

"This hotel was a new option for me this visit and I liked it. The location had quick access to downtown Hsinchu by walking 20 mins. The local train station was walking distance. As we were visiting company's south of the river this was an ideal spot as the traffic in the city is very busy. This hotel also had free self serve laundry which was a huge help on a long trip."

"An excellent hotel. Lots of amenities, wonderful service staff and a great location in Hsinchu. Next to the East Gate, restaurants, brewery and markets. Rooms were clean and any issues were immediately taken care of by management. Would stay here again."

A free breakfast is offered from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. I like to go to Cafe Grazie nearby to eat. I think the value is good for what you get. "

"ホテルの入り口が細い路地にあり、看板もないため、どこの建物か分かり難いです。フロントの無いホテルなので、LINEで連絡を取りますが、LINEで送られてくる写真を見て初めて場所が分かりました。 建物と部屋は鍵ではなくパスワードで解錠します。ドアノブの上のパネルをタッチすると、数字が表示され、番号入力画面になりますが、最初は何処にパスワードのボタンがあるか探してしまいました。 建物は古いですが、よくメンテナンスされて居ます。廊下かをニス臭いです。 部屋自体は特に問題ありませんでした。"
