"I had an executive room. I found it to be rather spacious for Japanese standards. There was a large jacuzzi in the bathroom, which was also very spacious. The bed was comfortable snd the property was clean. The breakfast was modest. There was a free drop off shuttle from the hotel to the airport in the morning. The ride only takes 7 minutes."

It’s my first time in Fukuoka and surprised the room size is relatively big for Japan standard (comparing with cities like Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto) with a double bed and 2-3 seater sofa. "We've stayed here twice: in 2023 and 2025. Hotel is just next to Hakata JR station, an excellent location. Many food and shopping establishments within a 10-min radius. AMU Plaza is a major shopping mall within JR Hakata Station. The hotel itself is quite old but well maintained. Overall, an enjoyable stay."

"Everything was wonderful. Really loved the outdoor bath. Room is on the smaller side for an American, but has everything you need. The upstairs drink area has coffee, tea, and soda with a wonderful view. The staff were kind and I also loved the kiosks for easy check in and out.
