"Great hotel to stay at in Toba. Location is close to the train station as well as other activities including the Mikimoto Pearl Island and the Toba Aquarium. Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. There was a variety of food at the buffets and delicious. I would recommend this hotel to others. "

"Upon our arrival, an employee greeted us and helped with luggage. The public area was elegant and displayed so many beautiful artwork and antiques. Being at the top of a hill and by the ocean/bay, the view was gorgeous especially during cherry blossom season. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection mainly Japanese food including pacific lobster miso soup. There was a spacious coffee/tea ( snacks) area with the same beautiful view. "The room is spacious and clean, with many designs dedicated for the ease of stay which we like a lot. Breakfast wise is good selection with theme of seafood in the Toba region. Onsen is the best part of this stay as this might be the only region you may find the pearl theme onsen with many good quality skin products free for use. Overall a very satisfying stay here, will definitely come back again next time!"

"Beautiful modern but old-style ryokan with great atmosphere. Baths on the terrace of each room. Fabulous dinner and breakfast. Short walk to the shrine (Naiku). Staff had some English but not a lot of English signs around. "
