"It’s a lovely luxury vacation resort. Beautiful, well equipped. Shower is very powerful (not all hotels have that). Outdoor Onsen bath per room with sea view is the best. "We Americans stayed here for 2 nights. Highly recommended. Great cultural experience for those looking for an authentic ryokan in an older style building with communal bathing facilities. Japanese breakfast was really fun but I had little idea what I was eating. Go with an open mind! I was glad there were a couple of very helpful staff who spoke some English. Otherwise, it looked like all local Japanese guests there!"
