"We had a lovely stay at the Karuizawa Marriott Hotel. The room was neat and tidy, and we especially appreciated the wooden flooring, which gave the space a warm and clean feel. It was spacious enough for a family with kids, making it very comfortable for us. The onsen facilities were also excellent, adding a relaxing touch to our stay. Overall, a very positive experience and a hotel we’d happily return to."

"KPH Guest Service Center Smile Concierge was a welcome surprise after exiting the Karuizawa Station exit. The persons at the GSCSC were extremely helpful and gave me all sorts of guidance for my stay which proved to be very useful Appreciated the shuttle which runs from KPH GSCSC Karuizawas Station to the Karuizawa Prince Hotel. The hotel was quiet, clean and has a coin laundry which was very convienient."
