Staff were very polite and very helpful when we asked questions related to transportation in tokyo. The hotel has a train station 1 minute walk and we literally had so much easy experience with transit (they provided us with a map with all the train lines and where they go). Definitely recommend the place for relaxing time while enjoying Tokyo city. "

"Went for an event held at Tokyo Big Sight. Clean room, great staff. I felt that the room was relatively spacious compared to other hotels of similar pricing in Tokyo. Has a 7-11 and a supermarket nearby. The free shuttle bus to Shinagawa station was a lifesaver - convenient for accessing to and from the airport. Amazing value overall."

"Such a great place! Everything felt brand new, the staff was great and helped us with our luggage and storage. They had toys that we could borrow to the room that the kids loved. Perfect for them to keep occupied in the room. The beds were the most comfortable we had all our trip in Japan. Would love to stay here again next time we come to Tokyo."

"Very clean room and also kids friendly. We stayed with 1 year old daughter, she couldn’t get the cot as she can stand up but got the nappy bin. There’re limited high chairs with the belt but many selection of food children can have and kids plates/cutlery/cups are available. For bath time, we could borrow the bath stool as well."
