"I liked the big bath on the top floor ( in and the open roof) very modern style and relaxing. The room size is decent but the view from the room is the key factor for this place. Public transportation is great. This hotel is connected to the subway entrance and you can go to Ginza, Yurakucho by train only 3-4 stops away. Also the bus takes you to Yaesu( Tokyo station). "

"The room was very well kept, fresh towels were delivered every day to our door (we had the "do not need cleaning" sign on our door for the whole stay), staff was exceptionally helpful and the location was perfect near the Ariake-tennis-no-mori station. The shuttle service to Tokyo Big Sight was very helpful as well. All in all a great experience!"

"Take the airport limousine to shinadome station, then take a go taxi to the hotel (make sure address is in Japanese). Check in was easy. They also have English speaking staff. Just a reminder that the check in is on floor 7. The buffet stays open pretty late. Room was nice and clean. Has all the amenities you may need. staff was very attentive. I did have one issue with the bath house putting shampoo in the conditioner bottle other than that it was a relaxing stay. They have a woman only floor...

"I really enjoyed my stay. It is so perfect for a solo traveler. I stayed for about 2 weeks. Staff were very nice, even with a language barrier. It is a bit far from the heart of Tokyo, about 40 mins by train. There is still lots of places to discover nearby. I would definitely recommend and stay here again myself! "
