"So far, this is the hotel with the best staff and service I have experienced. The team is very helpful and always willing to assist and find solutions to any problems that arise. Many people have complained about the breakfast, but during our stay there were good variations in the breakfast. We will definitely visit again."

"Had a lovely stay at Bob W Holland Park. Great location - quiet overall and right in front of a bus stop so it’s easy to get around the city. The room & amenities were quite nice. The only thing I didn’t love is that the walls seem pretty thin - I could hear the tv next door/whenever anyone was on the phone or moving luggage around. If you’re a light sleeper/sensitive to noise, consider this before booking but I would stay here again."
