"The hotel was great. We arrived at 11.45am although checkin is at 3pm. Our room wasn't ready but they called me at 1pm when it was- this was convenient. The room itself was nice and spacious with bathrobes and slippers included and a nice bathroom. They provided free water bottles in the room and we could ask for more whenever we needed for free. Free umbrellas were also available at reception to borrow, as were power banks to charge your phone. Any issues we had (eg TV not working, flush not...

"Difficult to find as a few roads were blocked, once there all good. Reception was prompt and efficient, car was valet parked, escorted to room and room itself was excellent. In the old building, lots of history. Had a coffe in the atrium bar excellent."
