The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful as they helped us plan several dinner reservations and a day at the beach club (which was amazing). "Had an amazing stay here for 5 nights. The hotel interiors are beautiful, and the property has a parking garage as well (for €15 per day). The rooms are big, bathrooms are actually huge for european hotels and have a nice balcony as well. Staff is super helpful and they even rent you beach towels. Walkable to major sites in Palma city and also to the airport bus stop. Would stay again! "
