Clean and quiet rooms with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Tatiana. We will definately return. "

"Very good hotel. Very clean. Didn't feel too busy (even though it was full). There staff were amazing, not one person doesn't go out of there way to help or day hello. Food was fairly good for a buffet. Zhu restaurant is a must. There are better Riu hotels close by, but Papayas was still great. "
