You have all the shops you may need (bakery, grocery, supermarket, self-care and cosmetics, kids and adults clothes etc) all within 5 minutes walk. Hutolderfer strase station (U3) is also 3-5 mins walk and you can be 8n city centre in 15 minutes. Staff were helpful but require to improve communication skills in English. "Hotel is located in a new building which is very important. Design and interior is quite new. Location of the hotel is perfect. Not too close to a crowded center however, walkable everywhere. Room was comfortable and nice. Personnel very friendly."
