"Communication prior to arrival with Gianluca was great. He met us outside the accommodation once we arrived by Uber and check in was quick and easy. He provided us with a map and suggested places to eat and visit. He sent links to restaurants and was very helpful, polite and friendly. The accommodation was clean and spacious. It was very quiet and the beds were made each day. We were given breakfast vouchers for the cafe next door where you can have a pastry, a coffee and an orange juice. I...

"It's a gem of a place in the hustle and bustle of Napoli's historic center. I would highly recommend it - I'm a female solo traveler so safety is a priority, as is cleanliness and just good service. Michaela and Andrea were top notch receptionists that really went out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable with recommendations for dinner etc. Janou was lovely and professional with making sure breakfast is well-prepared. "The Ninarella is in a great location, walking distance to the old city, train, bus stops and the ferry port. In the middle of a bustling area, yet a quiet location. We were able to drop off our bags early and spend our first day luggage free! Staff is really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and perfect for our stay."
