A equipe me atendeu por telefone às duas da manhã, quando um casal brigava no saguão do andar e tentaram entrar no meu quarto (erraram o número, claro). Vieram e pediram para que eles parassem com o barulhos. Logo estava tudo em silêncio novamente. Só gostria que ficasse claro nas plataformas de reserva aquilo que o quarto oferece. Pedi um quarto me baseando, também, nas imagens e não era aquilo que imaginei. Outra...

"There is a lift, and the bed is comfortable and clean. There is a set of toiletries on entry. The bathroom was clean, shower had good water pressure and was warm. However, the walls would benefit from cleaning. The light fixing just has a main light. The hotel says there is heating however it was cold the first night then on the second night in -7 degree there was no heating in the room. It's main function is a love hotel and sound proofing seemed sort of okay, some noises were still audible...
