"The room was ok. However for staff service, the morning staff was an angel, really helping tourists for all she can. Her WeChat user is "the moon is going to be round". I hope her supervisor acknowledged it. She went out of her way to help me courier a bag I left at the hotel lobby and she trusted me. She also helped booked a taxi that will debit from her account and she trusted me. The night staff is hell, everything was impossible with him. SO overall the rating is neutral. "This is hotel is in a very good location. The management has made an effort to provide all the facilities as possible for the stay to be comfortable . But unfortunately the building itself is old and I did not find this stay as Value for money. Staff is good and safe . "
