I hope her supervisor acknowledged it. She went out of her way to help me courier a bag I left at the hotel lobby and she trusted me. She also helped booked a taxi that will debit from her account and she trusted me. The night staff is hell, everything was impossible with him. SO overall the rating is neutral. "Enjoyable stay at the Fushang Hotel. We stayed there for 6 nights and enjoyed the delicious breakfast, big bathroom and shower and hotel staff was friendly and willing to help with any request. The bed was a bit firm for my liking but I still slept well. Overall great experience and would stay there again. "
