As this was our first time visiting Vietnam, the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the food was consistently amazing. Breakfast and dinner offered great variety and quality every day. The staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. An outstanding stay overall—highly recommended."

And it’s there slow season so it’s not like they didn’t have time to rebook the room. More than Half the rooms are vacant. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Jade Hotel. It's friendly and we felt very welcomed by the owner. The hotel is in a quieter part of Ha Long but it was very easy to grab a Grab taxi to the shops along Ha Long rd and Sun World as well as other local sites. The hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach where we found a good cafe for iced lattes. Plus the hotel cat was v cute."

"Nice rooom with sea view, all thing so good, Friendly and enthusiastic butler, beach right below the hotel, free children's play area on the 3rd floor, restaurants, cafes, pubs, indoor pool and infinity pool available for a fee. Will return, great value for the amenities!"

"We stopped for a very brief one night stay before boarding the Mon Cherie Cruise HaLong Bay..it was comfortable, quiet and provided hot breakfast. The swimming pool is lovely..we ate at a great local Italian restaurant in very close walking proximity Vinace. A perfect 20 hour stop over."
