All staff members were so customer oriented greeting us each time, asking how our outing was. Our driver Koming was so friendly, communicative and extremely ethical. I will return here someday. "

The location is very good - Close enough to make the centre of Ubud accessible with a short taxi ride, but far enough away to avoid the worst of the traffic if you want to head north to Mt. Batur, rice paddies, Bali Swings and more. We found several good local restaurants and also enjoyed the e-bike tour from the place 30m up the road."

"Karang Lila was very cosy and super friendly. They were further from the city centre but they always were driving us to the palace for free. The breakfast was amazing too. They have a swimming pool but we never tried it."
