"Fantastic for long stays as you have an abundance of basic facilities (fridge, hob, dishwasher, microwave, utensils and more!) and for a 4 person stay I had booked you have a separate living area with a couple of sofa beds. Unexpected but brilliant. Staff amazing and will definitely be staying again when I'm looking for a home away from home, in the heart of lively Birmingham. Oh, and the staff were amazing and very accomodating."

"Handy location and helpful staff. Only a few minutes walk into town and had parking (for a fee). Booked a deluxe double, but unsure what made it any different to a standard room. Was basic with a view of a small building's roof. Large brown stain on the duvet which we told reception about, who came to inspect. Was provided with a new duvet cover that we had to fit ourselves. Reception and entrace were lovely so expected a little more from the room itself, but did the job for one night which is...

"Lovely three room apartment. Clean kitchen/living area, bedroom and bathroom. Staff attentive upon check in. In the middle of Birmingham 5 mins from train station. Lovely amenities/shops nearby. We will definitely be coming back again next year for Crufts."

"Apartment was clean and spacious. Communication however is terrible. I sent messages to the property on two separate occasions but they didn’t bother to get back to me. They didn’t send pre-check link either so I had to call a few hours before I was due to check in and they sent the link. "

"Few staff members but the ones there were were amazing, hardworking, wanted to please , polite and helpful. Nice bar area . Good size rooms with table and chairs. Lovely comfortable bed . Left my coat in the lounge and it was safely put away until I remembered. Good breakfast. Great location. "

"Property was spotlessly clean, warm & comfortable. Kitchen appeared well equipped although we only used the kettle! Would've preferred a manned reception on arrival although access instructions were clear & sent in advance of our stay. Literally across the road from The Mailbox & a Tesco Express so very well situated. Short walk to O2 and The Alexandra Theatre."

"Great base for exploring Birmingham, convenient for public transport (although the bus does stop at midnight on Saturday!) Comfortable, if basic - the one recommendation I'd make to the owners is to get a curtain for the back door, as you do get woken up by the sun in the morning"
