Everything first class, but what stood out was the staff. We stayed 2 nights during the Cheltenham festival. The 2 who stood out though were Elle, and Bella. Not only were they very efficient and professional, they had a great rapport with the guests. There was a vulnerable lady, who was going to hospital the next day. She was obviously a little concerned, and alone. They both made sure she had everything she needed in the restaurant, and Bella made sure to spend quiet moments talking to her. Both going the extra mile in customer service.
