"we opted for a swim up room but surprisingly weren’t made aware that we had the room all the way to the left which doesn’t really have its own swim “section”. it was just the 1ft shallow end with lounge chairs which was disappointing as we had paid the same amount as the other swim up rooms that clearly have their own swim “section”. food is incredibly mid. regretted the all inclusive package personally but really had no choice as i am pregnant and need to eat rather often and can’t move around too much or easily. staff is great and attentive but a bit slow. beach amenities are great but know that you have to book chairs in advance. we walked up one morning and they had no availability until 2pm. the property is still being developed which was also surprising. the cold plunge pool at the spa is not finished, neither is the casino. all in all aruba is beautiful and the experience was relaxing and what we came for! facilities are clean and maintained very well. cafe staff in particular was so lovely."

My only complaint was the difficulty to get more than one washcloth per guest per room. The housekeeping staff were not allowed to give guests more and only a supervisor could approve more. This was problematic when we needed to shower more than once a day. This needs to change."

"Beautiful views, clean property. Some staff were nice, others a bit “rough around the edges”. My only suggestion would be to change up the playlist for happy hour. We heard the same songs every day for eight days in a row. Variety would have been nice. It was a bit loud 2-5 pm as well since the adult pool was closed when we visited. Lovely, clean rooms and good food and drinks. I’d stay again for sure."
