"Originally I booked a room with 2 separate beds but they "upgraded" to a room with a private bathroom but only one bed. So they gave a free dorm room to my friend, which was helpful. Then I booked to go in a dorm, but I couldn't climb the ladder, so they gave me a private room instead for a few nights which was great! The cat Horchata is super cute, also the staff are really amazing & do anything for the guests, especially Alan :))))"

"We stayed for one night and really enjoyed our experience. The hotel has a lovely pool and spa if you have time to visit. The staff were so helpful and kind with anything that we asked for including arranging a ride to the airport. I also took advantage of the spa services for a facial that was provided in our room. "I love how clean it was. The bed was comfortable, the ladies at the front desk were friendly. They have a nice place to workout, offer room service, and a wonderful open air safe space for smokers. They also offer room service and have AC!!! "
