Our room was very clean, and the air conditioning was amazing at keeping the room comfortable, especially since the daytime temperatures were between +36 to +38. The rooftop pool is perfect for a dip to cool off. When we booked our stay, we added the breakfast option. Every part of the breakfast was fantastic, fresh hot coffee, the large fresh fruit bowls, our made to order hot breakfast was delicious and a very generous portion. Above all, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. If we travel back to the area, we will definitely stay here again."

"Our family had the most wonderful 3 nights at Mar Caribe. The entire staff was so welcoming and kind - especially to our little chihuahua! I’m so grateful that this luxe resort allows responsible dog owners to bring their pup. The buffet food was the best I’ve ever had at an all Inc’ - no need to go to the à la carte restos. The beach was glorious and very little sargassum except for one afternoon when a band washed ashore. Heavenly ocean swimming playing in the waves. A perfect 4 day break from the jungle 😊 Gracias Mar Caribe. And an extra thank you to Alberto at check-in and Carlos at the valet desk."

"A/C not working properly and makes a lot of noise , sliding door of the shower not working properly, mattress had a red stain, I think they should take care more and have better maintenance, the location is perfect but the building is old and with a lack of good maintenance "
