Toledo is the jewel of spain! This hotel was very nice beautiful rooms, staff very helpful and nice, great placed to shop and eat near by, take the little train to see the city, then walk around and enjoy the views, eating dinner in the plaza is expensive and pizza is not very good, but walk around the side streets and you can find a nice restaurant!
If you want to go to Toledo (I highly recommend you do).
I don't think you will find a better place to stay. Everything is close at hand. The hotel is spotless. From my room I could look out at the cathedral.
An absolutely perfect place to stay.
The hotel is very nice. We were driving on our trip, so the available parking was perfect. You do need to contact the hotel and reserve parking (which is in a secure underground lot adjacent to the hotel). While you do need to pay for parking the ease of finding it makes it worth it. Also, it is easy to access AND is on the edge of the old and charming part of town. We found it to be very quiet as well.

Y la verdad me han servido mucho. Nosotros nos hospedamos en el 2do piso y aunque se escuchan ruidos de la calle no son lo suficientemente molestos para interrumpir nuestra tranquilidad. The hotel is just downhill (a rather steep one) from the Jewish quarter of Toledo. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was quite comfortable, as was a seating area with up-to-date newspapers and periodicals (all in Spanish). Breakfast offered a variety of foods. Availability of parking was a plus also.
Toledo was my last stop on a road trip around Spain and Portugal. The hotel was just outside of the main town. It was an easy walk into the city. There was parking available near the hotel.

I spent one night in hotel sol. Arriving in early afternoon in a private car,I found the staff very helpful. Parking might be tricky for travelers with large vehicles or less experience in navigating one way streets. Hotel sol is on a dead end street and I did have to reverse a portion of the way. The hotel itself was very nice though I was unaware of an elevator. The room was spacious enough, had very nice views, and was very comfortable. The hotel was minutes from the historic downtown...
The hotel is having work done/finishing, which is reflected in some unkept areas, but that didn't prevent us from a comfortable stay. The room was more than suficient for the 3 of us and the staff were very friendly and gave us good suggestions for visiting Toledo.
The Parador offers a spectacular view over Toledo. In May or June, you can sit in the Balcony enjoying great dinning experience while immersing yourself in an unforgettable sunshine. I will definitely come back again.
