Clean room, lots of space in a triple, huge bathroom and quiet overall. Biggest negative is how hot the room was, a/c just blew more heat no matter the setting and no air flow from the window. 5 minute walk to the escalator to get up to the old city which is nice. 15 minute parking area to pull into for check in and ample parking spaces underground.

Nothing to complain about. It is a good hotel. There's a pastry shop nearby named Confiteria Toledano, we had breakfast there every morning. The food there is delicious. Walking distance to Bisagra and to the escalator towards Plaza Zocodover.

Large room with a large king bed and twin. Modern bathroom. What we liked was that we were less than 5 minutes walking to the escalators that take you up to the city. There is a playground 3 minutes away. The breakfast buffet had eggs, cheese, pastries, coffee, juices, breads, jamón, etc. It was a feast. Also, parking was 10 euro- tight parking spaces- but convenient.

SITUACIÓN INCÓMODA

Estuvimos en Diciembre y hemos repetido 2 noches como puente de camino al Este. La estancia fue buena pero en algún momento nos hicieron sentir incómodo en el comedor. Reservé al camarero de la barra una mesa para cenar a las 10, ya que me comentó que había un grupo hacia las 9 o así, de modo que a esa hora ( las 10) ya estarían menos liados. Según el cartel, las cenas son de 20:30-45 a 23hrs. Bajé primero( mi pareja llegó 10 minutos después) entre tanto pedí las bebidas y empecé a mirar la carta y el menú, aún sin llegar mi pareja, me preguntaron 2 o 3 veces si ya había decidido,.a lo que respondí que no sabía que querría ella, y la respuesta fue: a mí me es igual pero el cocinero se va. Bajó mi pareja y casi sin mirar ella, pedimos los 2 menús iguales y los platos con menos elaboración, mientras comíamos el primer plato nos.sentimos presionados, trabajé en hostelería y sé bien el significado de que empiecen a rondar tu mesa mirando los platos. Francamente no nos levantamos y marchamos porque ya era tarde para reservar en otro sitio. Aún teniendo que esperar por el segundo y el postre salimos.del.comedor.antes de las 23 para tomar el café en barra y no seguir " molestando" pero ,aunque cierran a las 00:00 la cafetería, ya tenían la cafetera limpia y recogida. También sé cuál es el significado pero lo tomamos igualmente. Creo que deberían especificar en el cartel que la.cocina cierra a las 22:00 para que los huéspedes reservemos antes o vayamos con la carta aprendida.
