"Agent Abas competent and accommodating, very helpful and responded quickly to requests. Housekeeping staff Mia and Kasum very diligent and cleaned well but not the second cleaner who was on her own. Good view. The unit was on the 29 th floor and at the end of a long corridor not very conducive for a 92 year old woman with a walker. Also, there were no accessibility features like a rail in the bathroom or toilet."

"Back to back bookings. Room 2509 was very good, spacious sitting area and Bedroom spacious. Bed comfortable. All quiet and clean. All staff very friendly and pleasant. Executive Lounge we used daily. Most staff were very friendly and polite. Food and drinks good. Just needs bit improvement in variety. Although no Bell Boys still staff helped us with Large Luggage. "

"The place was fair, I stayed in the dorm which were individual capsules. Just my personal opinion, I'm not a fan of sleeping in capsules, it was my first time in this type of accomodation, insider the capsule was comfortable, good mattress with a light and cold Aircon with an added fan in the capsule. The hostel also offers private rooms too. Perfect for what I needed it for"

"We book two appartments for two nights, both are bad. Water is running slow that you can't take a shower. The worst is NO water in the morning. Two beds with flea. Appartments are heavily bad smell. Air con of the bedrooms are working. Overall poor condition and dirty. Staff are helpful and willing to address our issues. They arrange another room in the second night, but they should not move our belonging to another room without notifying us. You can get a better place with this price. Never...
